Holiday Return Policy
Starting on Black Friday (November 23), all sales will follow the Holiday Return Policy. Sales under this policy will be returnable for in-store credit as long as they are postmarked by January 8. If you do not need the extra time, sales returned within 14 days of purchase are still available to be returned for a full refund as explained below.
An item **(except for sale items) may be returned for a refund as long as it is within 14 days of the receipt that is emailed out. The item must be returned in the original unused condition (all tags attached) as originally shipped to the customer. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return address. Include the name you used when you placed the order on all returns and you will be refunded to the card you used when placing your order. All refunds will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to hit your account.
**SALE ITEMS (INCLUDING ITEMS OF THE WEEK) ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All returns can be sent to the return address on your shipment or address on the insert card.
An item **(except for sale items) may be exchanged for a different product/size as long as it is within 14 days of the receipt that is emailed out. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the original product but will not be charged to ship out the new size. If you would like to exchange an item please email email@example.com and let us know what product/size you would like to exchange. A refund will be issued or an invoice will be sent for the difference in price once the original purchase has been received. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to hit your account.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged**. All refunds will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.
**If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase including shipping fees.
After you place an order it will be processed within 48 hours unless your order is placed after 5PM PST, or on a non-business day (Saturday or Sunday, in that case your order will be processed the following business day). Domestic orders can arrive in 5-10 business days, and international orders between 14-21 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Moorpark Avenue Clothing is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered.
