Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged**. All refunds will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

**If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase including shipping fees.

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $8 reshipment along with providing an updated address.

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.

If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

LOCAL DELIVERY: FREE local delivery is available for orders placed within the Ankeny, IA and Johnston, IA city limits. Orders will be placed on your front porch, no need to be home to accept the delivery! Local delivery will be packaged in the same weather-proof poly mailers as if we were shipping the order via the post office, to ensure that your fabulous new arrivals stay safe while they wait to be opened!
